How Do I Order From You?
You have multiple options when ordering from Tree Factory. You can place your order online at https://treefactory.com/menu/. Additionally, you can call us or walk right into the store and place your order at the counter. You can also text us at (805)-791-2167.
Do I Need to Bring an ID or Anything to Enter?
As required by law, you must be 21+ and provide accurate identification such as a state ID, driver’s license, or passport. For 18-20-year-olds, along with identification, you must also have a valid medical recommendation to enter.
How Much are Taxes?
For recreational cannabis, we only charge 8.75% City tax on top of any prices you see on our menu.
How Much Can I Purchase Each Visit?
By California law, recreational customers are able to purchase up to 28 grams (1 ounce) of flower and 8 grams of concentrates per day.
Can I Call to Place an Order?
Yes, you can call us at (844)-420-8733 to place an order. On Sundays, call (805) 342-2081 because our Call Center is closed and only our dispensary is open.
Do You Have Curbside Pickup and How Do I Use It?
Yes, we have curbside pickup. To order curbside pickup, visit https://treefactory.com/menu/. When checking out, check off the curbside pickup option and specify your vehicle description.
Do you Also Offer CBD Products?
Yes, we offer CBD products. Some of our CBD products include tinctures, patches, gummies, chocolates, cartridges, and more, also including THC:CBD blends. Some of the CBD brands that we offer at Tree Factory include Mary’s Medicinal, Kanha, Flav, and WYLD.
Do you Have Vegan/Sugar-Free/Gluten-Free Options?
Yes, we offer a variety of edible products catering to special diets including vegan, gluten-free, and sugar-free. Some of our gluten-free edible offerings include WYLD gummies and Terra Sea Salt Caramel Bites by Kiva Confections. Our vegan edible options include Flav Gummies Belts, along with various beverages and other options. For sugar-free products, ask us in-store or give us a call or text.
Do you Have CBD Products for Pets?
No, we do not currently offer any CBD products for pets. Check back with us because we’re always updating and enhancing our menu.
Are Masks or Vaccination Required to Enter the Shop?
Masks are currently required to enter Tree Factory. Vaccinations are not required to enter. If you can’t comply or forget your mask, we can give you a fresh disposable mask. Or, you have the option of ordering online and choosing curbside pickup.

We deliver to every city in Ventura County, California. This includes Oxnard, Port Hueneme, Ventura, Santa Paula, Camarillo, Ojai, Simi Valley, Moorpark, Thousand Oaks, Carpentaria, Westlake, Santa Barbara, and Malibu.
What is the Minimum for Delivery?
The order minimum for delivery is based on what area you are ordering from. The closer you are to our flagship location in Port Hueneme, the less delivery will cost. Minimum purchase requirements can be as low as $30 (Oxnard and Port Hueneme) and as high as $200 (Malibu). Is Delivery Free?
Delivery is free when you purchase the minimum required amount. Based on your location in Ventura County, you may qualify for Same-Day Delivery with a minimum purchase of only $40. Learn more by reading our blog about our delivery locations.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
Depending on your location, delivery can take anywhere from 30 minutes and as long as the next day. For locations closer to Port Hueneme—such as Oxnard, Ventura, Santa Paula, Camarillo, and Ojai—delivery will arrive the same day. For further locations such as Simi Valley, Moorpark, Thousand Oaks, Carpentaria, Westlake, Santa Barbara, and Malibu—your order will be delivered the next day between 11 am and 3:30 pm.
