How it works.

For every dollar spent at Tree Factory, you earn one point. We have a tiered system for rewarding our customers based on the number of points they are redeeming. It’s broken down into eight tiers. Customers receive multiple options for a deal or discount at each tier. There are rewards for every 50, 100, 200, 250, 300, 500, 700, 1,000, and 3,000 points they accrue.

After you’ve put your phone number into SpringBig, it will ask for your 4-digit pin number password. You will then be taken to your home screen where you can view your personal information. If you scroll down you can check what your interests are for more thoughtful product recommendations. If you click on the ribbon icon with the star in the middle on the bottom menu bar it will take you to the rewards page.

Here at the top of the page, it will show you how many points you have available to redeem. Scrolling down will reveal the myriad of rewards that are available based on your number of points. Tapping or clicking on the picture of the deal will allow you to use it if you have the proper points balance.

Common FAQs

If you have enough points to spare, you are more than welcome to redeem multiple rewards in one purchase, with some exceptions. This can include a pre-roll for a penny on top of $15 off your purchase if you have 350 points or more, for example. If you have 1,200 points you can redeem 25% off your order AND an 8th of our choosing for $.01. Any dollar amount or percentage off of your purchase is not stackable in the same transaction. You cannot combine 25% off with 30% off your order.

Loyalty Rewards cannot be combined with in-store discounts and brand promos. You must choose between the deals that we have running in the store that day or redeeming loyalty rewards. In-store brand BOGOs are separate from Loyalty Rewards promotions and discounts.

Customers are allowed to come in and redeem a reward without making a purchase if the reward is applicable. Examples include a 510 thread vape battery for $.01 in exchange for 250 points. You can also get a free Tree Factory t-shirt for redeeming 200 points. The best option is exchanging 500 points for an 8th of our choosing for $.01. No purchase is necessary!

Although we would love too, we would not be able to allow access to your reward points. Every purchase made under your account is strictly confidential.

Yes, you may! As long as you reach the minimum for the city you are getting it delivered to. For example, if you redeem 300 points for the 1/8 of flower for a $.01 and getting it delivered to Oxnard you would need to add on to reach the minimum for Oxnard which is $30. No delivery can be made under the minimum purchase.
